anyone had this issue

My launcher (the NC Soft Launcher) stopped working today. I had to uninstall it, and delete it's directory and former settings then re-install the whole shebang. I couldn't get the launcher to open at all prior to the install.

Any ideas? I mean, it's fixed now, but what could have caused it to crap out?

When was your latest update on the launcher? I believe somewhere last week there was an update that made the launcher non-responding for several people. (where re-install was the easiest/cheapest way).

had the issue again. I click on the NC Soft launcher to launch the program from the background, it highlights then fades, no program launches.

I can work around by uninstalling and deleting the remaining folders, (leaving City installed), and reinstalling the launcher, but this takes about 15 minutes. I can then leave the Launcher active at the bottom of my screen and it is fine. but if I have to restart, I have to reinstall.

I have seen a pair of postings now of other people having similar problems, and this only seems to be happening since the downtime on the 1rst. What's going on?

I'm having this same issue. I have to reboot my computer to launch the game, and even then it only works the first time I play. When I log off it stops working until I reboot.
