Not even looking at the build (I'm at work) however I can say a few easy ways to get you going is pickup a few low end sets early in your auras (Quills and the Dark one) - the couple of points damage is less important than keeping everything going.
Cloak of Fear is useless until your late 30's when you can get the accolades and IO sets to power everything.
I got it and never run it on mine and he is 33. I just don't have the slots yet to power everything.
Eradication in Burst, Quills and the other Aura. Miracle + and Numina + in Heal - chance for end in your dark heal amd just fill any less used powers with end generators.
Changed it up to save on end and increase damage
Aiming for about 32% S/L/N/E (one small purple from cap)

After viewing several posts and builds...I got to this current one. The character itself is VERY endurance heavy and it seems I need to add as much END as possible. I plan on adding the "regular" accolades and Cardiac Alpha to the build as well.
Am I missing anything? He seems to be a beast in single and AOE damage but want to make sure I am doing everything I can to keep him running. I've never been a big fan of purples, but money is no object. Any and all suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance.
