Once you get the first reward in a tier, that tier's benefits unlock. It's a permanent thing when you aren't VIP.

I keep hearing about reward level X (insert number) and how it enables certain game features once freedom launches. Anyone have a chart of the reward levels and how much you have to spend for each one etc?
Are they permanent or does it go back down after a while or what?
