Would this be an all around build, AV soloer? Any restrictions on powers?
Willpower has more passive regen than Regen does. Who thought that was a good idea?
Can we get a fix for Energy Melee instead of more new sets?
In my head i imagine a build capable of at least completing a solo RWZ challenge, probably a double. which i would consider to be a good all around build, but i would think that an AV soloer build would be capable of such things. also i wouldn't dream of power restrictions....whatever exists and is available to any scrapper is fair game, so epic and patrons.

Ok, just went on live and copied what I have from there.
This is just what I have, not saying it is the best.
I have soloed Chimera, Neuron, Mynx, Anti-Matter( He sucked!), am able to farm with no problems since spin is up so quickly.
Is there still room for improvement? Yep. But honestly, I have altitis, so I'm surprised I got this far on a toon.

This is the build that I'm currently tweaking on my Scrapper. He's got a ways to go IO-wise, but I also just dinged 50 with him and opened up his Alpha Incarnate slot. I'll update this as I continue to mess around with what I think works best for him.

So based on all of the guides that are currently collated i see that we are missing a Claws/SR one that takes into account the upgrade of fitness to inherent status. With this in mind i would like to ask the scrapper community for suggestions on slotting out a new Claws/SR scrapper. there is a relative budget envisioned of around 1 billion, so PvP IO sets are likely to be out the window.
