Question about the use of in-game email for account based rewards

no, certifications and vouchers will not have an expiration date, but may not be claimed if the account server/paragon market is down
Firstly, there are 3 "tabs" under your mail now. Mail, Certifications, and Vouchers. Ascension armor appears under Certifications, make sure you're looking there.
Secondly, they don't expire.
Thirdly, make sure you don't have the "Hide un-claimable items" option flagged under Options, and that you're not trying to claim Ascension on a non 50. Ascension armor is 50 only.

I know where to look for them Lemur, they were there yesterday and I made 100% sure the option to stop me seeing unclaimable items isnt enabled. I just hope it's a server issue, but do feel a bit better knowing they cant expire

A while ago I grinded the incarnate trials like crazy on my only 50 strong enough for them and earned the ascension radiance armour pieces that I wanted. I saw they had been mailed to my other characters and at the time I thought I could claim them once they reached 50. Now to my horror all of the mails with the costume pieces have gone from those chars and I have the option to re-buy them on the char who originally earned them.
I can only assume they expired, is that meant to happen for account based rewards? I also noticed that in I21 all vet rewards will now been done in the same way, via in-game mail and no longer claimed from the badge menu. Are those in danger of expiry as well?
Very upset at the prospect of having to grind for that armour again for my other chars as I thought it was a permanent account unlock
