I can't look at the build at the moment, but if you are able to go for musculature get the radial t4, as that will boost the end mod of powersink; throw another couple of endmods in powersink to combine with that and it becomes a seriously potent mitigation tool.
Also, you said you were capped to melee, what about lethal? It's best to get both if you can, because the lethal will protect you from several ranged and aoe attacks too, which frequently have defense debuffs attached.

I've been thinking of making a new scrapper and chose a kat/ela. I'm having some trouble making a build for him, i want him to be very good allround pve, and inf is not a problem. I got his hasten perma pretty easily and i'm softcapped to melee with one DA, but can i get more out of this char? Also, i'm wondering which alpha to pick, i dont really need recharge i think, endurance is fine too, and i've ,ever really felt the need for extra accuracy, i could pick musculature but might there be a better choice for reasons i'm overlooking? Here's my build, if anyone sees some major flaws, please also point them out to me.
