In the launcher click the little down arrow next to 'CITY OF HEROES' in the list, and select "Repair (Consistency Check)".

Got the error message to run again "Error parsing command line argument 'port 23094' Looks like it may have to do with my NetGear router

Just for another possibility, since the patch a week or so ago, I have had quite a bit of trouble zoning into city zones. Right after the patch, I would get kicked to the login screen everytime I zoned into a city zone, whether from a mission map, city zone, or base. Yesterday I logged in okay, then went from IP to Talos. I got kicked to the login screen 5 times before I finally finished making it to Talos. I think something they did on the patch to decrease zone population caps and speed zoning is causing a timeout on slow connections and/or machines.
