Nope. Your options are UI on/off, and JPG or TGA formats.
You can use many different programs to batch-convert the screenshots to another resolution, if you wanted, though.

I don't know if this will help but you can control the dimensions of your screenshots by playing in windowed mode.
This will allow you to adjust the window before taking the screenshot. However big the window is will determine the dimensions of the screenshot.

Sorry if this has been asked before, I looked but couldn't find an answer so, here I am:
Is there any way to change the size & resolution at which your screenshots are saved?
