Are you on any global channels? In the past day I've seen numerous task forces, iTrials, radio missions and tip missions being 'advertised'.

I run at LEAST two task forces, EVERY DAY. Less than 30 minutes ago, I was on a full team of 8 of mid 10/low20s doing +4 missions and we were doing work. Teams are out there, you just gotta look!

I look, I even attempt to start my own team but 90% of the time I get no answer or they tell me they are just switching to get money. Also to answer the question above, most of the global channels I have are deserted due to server switching or just lack of playing

I'm usually teaming quite a lot on Infinity, in small teams with friends and also PUGs, across most level ranges... but my computer recently died, so it'll be at least a month if not several before I can do so again. 
It might be good to take a look at more active channels than the ones you have. They go up and down in popularity over time.
