I haven't taken a close look, but I'd make more use of Mocking in your single target attacks.
Since it's strictly for farming I'd consider dropping the fighting pool (tough does nothing here) and pick up combat jumping for the LotG slot and fit in Rise of the Phoenix with Stupefy.
I might get a chance to load it into mids tomorrow and take a better look.

I know you said just for AE farms, but a reminder... this build is junk for real play.

A friend of mine was looking at my build as well and he said that I had too much recharge and crap endurance. Do you guys see that, and if so, how can I fix that?
There isn't really such a thing as too much recharge or crap endurance in an AE farm. You are going to be eating inspirations like mad and you can include blues in there to solve your endurance issues. Your sole focus in an AE farm is speed. You want your AOE attacks cooling down as fast as possible. Consume is going to max your end bar due to the number of mobs. Pop some blues, keep smashing. This isn't a practical play build.

You don't really want to worry about S/L defense at all. 100% of incoming damage will be Fire typed in an AE fire ambush farm, so you'll want Fire defense and only 20% in that. Everything else should go toward recharge. You won't need Tough, though it might help a little in some farms where the bosses have maybe on S/L attack. I'd drop the whole Fighting pool for Leadership (Maneuvers, Tactics, Vengeance).
