Brutes and Fire Farms

just a quick question about how much Defense is good for fire farms. Currently I am sitting at Max Fire Resistance... easy with FA lol. And about 18% fire defense. I can go through any fire farm currently on +0 with 0 inspirations. Can also make it through on +1 and +2 with Inspirations although it does slow down a good bit. Basically I am looking to turn this guy into a power leveler for my supergroup and would love to be able to do many things at +3 or +4. Just not sure of the numbers I need to be hitting.

~20% def should do the trick, but ultimately 0% defense is enough - it only takes 4 purples to softcap from 0%, and you should be getting way more than 4 inspirations per minute even if you powerlevel 7 other characters at once.

My farm build has 20% fire defense. If I'm doing ticket runs I go in pop two purples and the rest reds and I'm usually near the point where the glowie will cap me about the time those run out. If I'm PLing a sg mate or two I'll grab all purples and just make sure to keep two up most of the time.

I like 20%, as well. You can either use Vengeance (PLing tends to leave plenty of corpses around) or pop two small purps to softcap.

correction to the guy abv me you WONT need reds if you have veng and if you do have 20% i dont i have 25%... you could use veng or pop two lucks so if youre farming on your own you have some sorta defense but yeah 20% or above and youre set bro

Use veng and reds. >.>
+Damage is +Damage no matter where you get it from.
The quicker foes are dead, the less you have to worry about defense.

0% is fine for defense. Insps drop like rain anyways in ambush farms.

I didn't know veng could damage cap a Brute, nice to know.
