CoH wont Load

Alright When i select city of heros icon when the ncsoft launcher starts up loads my game i get this blue loading bar (im assuming thats how it regular starts)hten like 4 secs later i get the messege saying your game as crashed ive tried running in safe mode ive unistalled and reinstalled both CoH and the launcher Ive repaired and all that Please help im paying ncsoft to play and so far im not able to play: mad:

First, if you want actual tech support, go to your NCSoft account and open up a ticket through the website, under the support link ("Ask a question").

Second, what operating system are you using?

Okay. Assuming that your video card isn't going bad, this may be the problem.

Uninstall the NCSoft Launcher.

Go to C:\Users\<username>\Appdata\Local\ and delete the NCSoft folder.

Reinstall the NCSoft Launcher.

If this doesn't work, then the problem lies elsewhere.

The problem is you no longer can use the City of icon to launch.

You need to use the NCSoft Launcher:
