Drain Psyche and Force Of Nature
Do you have any toggles running? Because with the -end you're going to have all your toggles drop, it's why I dropped the Nuke on my blaster, I go from S/L/nrg/range defense softcapped to the survivors dropping me quickly so you go from high resistance, high defense, high regen to just high regen so you're playing a balancing game where you trade 3 really good types of mitigation for 2 minutes to only 1 for 10 seconds or so as you retoggle.
DP will allow you to recover endurance immediately however so if as it expires you can pop a few purples to make up for the toggle drop you're good.
A thought comes to mind however that if at the end of the time for FoN you use the Nuke then you still detoggle but there are fewer survivors, you're still going to pop a blue and retoggle but spawn death would be your second form of mitigation on top of the regen for that downtime.
In the build i threw together to try this i had Combat Jumping, Tough and Temp Invul running. I hate retoggleing too, thats certainly a drawback. Hitting Inferno as FoN blinked would be fun, nice idea.

If I could get FoN near perma I'd do this. As of right now, I'm pretty far from that.
It's easier for me right now to work towards defenses on my DP/MM blaster where I can softcap s/l backed up with good mele and ranged defense. Still, for now I'm keeping FoN, but I might drop this for Blackscorpion's shield in the near future (to easier cap s/l).

I can only speak from the perspective of a dominator that has done this with DP+SoP.
It's pretty and pretty ridiculous. Capped s/l/e resists and capped regen was pretty nice for the duration. I've since dropped Mu for Ice, but if I retweaked my build back to Mu I'm sure I would have pretty nice numbers for SoP. My Drain Psyche is already perma.
Of course, I realize that blaster DP is a bit weaker and the Dom version. Are you able to cap your regen?

With Perma Drain Psyche i would imagine the end crash would be overcome after it killed all your end and the high regen/resist should make you pretty durable to all damage but Psi. Sounds good in theory but a lot of things do until you try them.

You want to know go to the Virtue Server and look up a character by the name of Bentley Berkeley. If your lucky enough to run with him your answers will be found and you will wonder why there are not more out there like him.
