yeah i didnt want to get ahold of customer support till i was sure if this was how its supposed to work or not. ill let this sit for a bit and see if anyone else has the same issues

Same thing here. I have cookies set fine, but regardless, I always have to answer my security questions when logging into my NCSoft master account on any PC.
I don't make a big deal out of it because my security questions are easy for me to remember, but it is mildly annoying to have to always do.

Does your public IP address change say daily? It's in part based on that and anything that causes your external public IP address to change will force you to reverify.
