Rogue and Vigilante Contact Missions!

There needs to be contacts that only open when you are a Rogue or a Vigilante. These contacts should have stories written with the idea the player is a Rogue or Vigilante.

Absolutely, Rogue & Vigilante exclusive contacts with respective mission arcs.

But I would not stop there cause I think there also needs to be at least one Rogue/Vigilante zone. AND Rogue/Vigilante groups. Rogues and Vigilantes should be lumped together in this respect, sharing the same contacts and missions. Their groups should also be open to all alignments as long as they start with the group as Rogues or Vigilantes.
