Yes, each tier consumes one from the one before it.
T4s take two - any two - of the T3s. So you need to make another T1 musculature and level it up to a T3

so your almost better off not slotting any tier 1-3 to get the tier 4 "easier" with out having to make repeats...grrr

The only part where the "slot Incarnate Power-A, craft slightly better Incarnate Power-B , repeat" process is interrupted is when you are going for T4, as you need a second T3. Since your first T3 consumed the T2 which consumed the T1, you need to craft a new T1. The second run through T1-2-3 does not need to be slotted.
Note that whichever of the Tier 4s you go for (Core or Radial), you can scroll down to view multiple recipes. For both there are recipes for any combination of two of the four different T3.

working on 4th tier alpha (musculature) one of the components i need is Musculature Partial Core Revamp, but to make that i need musculature Core Boost which i made in the past and slotted. do i loose that component and have to make it again and not slot it to use it in the next tier pwr? HELP PLS
