Kheldian Fridays!
Wondered what'd happened. Came in, all dolled up and had noplace to go.
Wound up having to settle for iTrials instead when I got no response. |
When we finished, I ended up broadcasting to fill the Moonfire teams for like 20 minutes, so I don't know where you were, but you weren't watching Pro Vig.
I told you we were doing Warshade Heaven first...

heh, it's funny because if you watch the video you posted, we can see you sending tells to Hyperstrike saying exactly that.
Nothing like video evidence.
So, how about we do that Sutter tonight...since it is the WST.
Booo, no Numina. I hate the early game, 30 mission long, ancient TF's.
*chants* Apex! Apex! Apex!

Mind you, I hope they eventually re-work all the signature TF's so that it isn't as much of a pain to get the TFC badge but Numina is probably the last one they need to do.

Numina is one of the easiest to speed run though - very few missions and only 1 of them a kill all. If you can coordinate the hunt missions well, it can go pretty fast.

I'm not very fond of having to speed through TF/SF's, I prefer the alternative of playing shorter and more engaging content.
We decided (after much deliberation) to run the "Death from Below" trial for this weeks Kheld Fridays! It was fun, fast, and honestly felt like we were cheating. I mean, the final boss didn't do more than tickle us. It was quite funny.
Afterwards (since we beat that in like 20 minutes), we decided to run a Citadel TF for good measure. Lots of robot smashing, and we kept getting the same cave in North IP
I wish I could fit Grant Invisibility into my build so I could grief AIB during screenshot time, too. >:-(
Hehe, so much grant invis
Thanks again for my First Kheld tf guys, it was a blast! |
In other news--I've made a new channel for Kheldian Fridays. If anyone wants to join, please feel free. I will be using it (along with Protector Vigilance) to let our regulars know when it's time to start forming on fridays (or if we decide to do an impromptou kheldian themed activity) and for any random chat if you guys want to chat.
It's a public channel, so just join (I think the slash command is /chanjoin) Kheldian Fridays.

Now now, griefing is such a harsh word ...It almost feels as though I am on trial...very well then...
Btw...Are you in that screenshot???
Hmmm...<looking...looking>...Oh, there you are!!! The little shadowy figure down front.
One question...
Is it possible to use grant invisibility on the grant invisibility icon?
Because, well, I don't see a grant invisibility icon on that screenshot.
And...If that screen is right then AIB is aight!
(Be sure to say that with all the jive that was used when it was said, "If the glove doesn't fit you must acquit!")
Don't blame me. Blame your unruly little stealth proc.
AIB has been exonerated!!!

My fellow Kheldians...
I move that this evening, September 23, 2011, we undertake the current Signature Hero Story Arc (Part 1) for this week's all Kheld TF.
Is there a second or does someone want to amend the motion?
Come on folks...BE HEARD!!!
I shall amend the motion, and insist that we run it twice for 2 hero merits.

Very, well.

Man I wish someone told me this earlier. I already got both the hero merits
Oh well, I guess more astrals couldn't hurt.
Since those are liable to take all of 40 minutes, perhaps we can do a Manticore afterwards? I could use some reward merits too.
This week, in Kheldian Fridays....
(Turns off justice league announcer voice)
We ran the new Signature arcs on two teams! The first time we mixed it up randomly, and on the second run it was the 'Shades vs. the Peacebringers. The 'shades won, of course.
Afterwards, we went and ran the Manticore TF. We lost some people due to exhaustion, but we picked up someone who was forgetting what today was!
And someone yet again cast grant invis on Septipheran for the group photo...
PS: It was me.
The 'shades won, of course.
Largely due to my hubris. Thanks to me we were on +4 x8 on the first mission. We should have dropped it and started over...instead...we wound up completing it. I apologize for my arrogance team. Afterwards, we went and ran the Manticore TF. We lost some people due to exhaustion, but we picked up someone who was forgetting what today was! That was fun. And the PBs really shined...especially the ones with LF. And someone yet again cast grant invis on Septipheran for the group photo... Like i said...It wasn't me. PS: It was me. |
