That's what knockback's for: exploiting geometry to provide exceptional mitigation through relocation.
That map is fun, though, for putting whole groups into the barrier and smashing there helpless bodies into mangled corpses. Heroically of course.

Here is one of the funniest examples I've seen of wall splattering...
To heighten the absurdity she doesn't even seem too upset
about her ummm... I'm gonna go with "position" at the moment.
