Question on behalf of roommate

One of my roommates here used to be a CoH gamer, but changed his phone number due to excessive salesman spam, and his mac.com email address expired and was not renewed. Those are the two methods of contact he had to verify his CoH account, one of which he has to use to update the launcher. How does he resolve this? If a Dev has an answer, I can forward this to him.

Have them send an email to support@ncsoft.com and explain the situation. They may need to provide the serial code from a purchase as proof.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.
