PERC input
Heya LSK.
One big issue is, "what do you mean by 'Iron Man'?" There are some significant legal headaches for COH when it comes to portraying copyrighted superhero/villain characters (effectively from any publisher with a legal department). "Homage" characters run the risk of having their costumes (and names, if it's part of the homage build) reset to generic status if found and reported. For instance, making a claws/regen scrapper in a yellow and black costumed named 'Wulverine' will get reset if reported.
Having PERC sponsor a contest specifically to emulate one of those characters would be a problem. However, you CAN get around it by genericizing your requirements for the run. Instead of "Iron Man", you can state "fully armored, mean-as-nails robot", or something along those lines. If there's an individual who breaches copyright by copying Iron Man, then that's on them: Your (and PERC's) hands are clean.
Other ideas for "theme night" are teenage superheroes/villains (making them look like kids); Zombie Night (just don't call it "Blackest Night", you get the idea), where everyone takes their established toons and makes up a "zombie" version of them; StormForce, where everyone running should take a Storm-centric power; etc.
Basically, don't tread on the copyright issues via PERC, and you should be good.

Lol I was not talking the character IRON MAN I was referring to like the IRON MAN race.

It's a good idea, yeah. Maybe you might wanna mix up the teams at the last minute, so no one "team" is running with a twinked set of builds. This isn't about "who's got the most INF to spend on purps", but more "who can adapt with a random team to get the fastest time".

Well, that changes everything. Nevermind then.

I would like your input on an idea for a PERC event I am trying to do. It is a toss up between wither an IRON MAN MoITF or a IRON MAN LGTF. Also the channel Freedom Auction will be kept open for other discussion event Idea you might have. Thank you for your support.
