ok so here's a build i came up with for my Emp/Psi.. I'd prefer to not add more purple sets as it gets very expensive very quickly and with the LotG recharges it's already going to be pricy.. But here's what i came up with

A few things:

  • If you are going to take Absorb Pain, I'd slot it. Personally I love the power.
  • Definitely don't slot Fortitude like that. It is a 'bread and butter' power and shouldn't be treated as a set mule.
  • I'd personally slot Psychic Wail differently.
  • Mind Over Body is very under slotted.
  • Stealth is very under slotted.
  • Stamina is under slotted.

I think you are giving up a bit too much functionality (especially in Fortitude) in search of set bonuses.

Favorite Hero: Computer (Empathy/Energy Blast Defender)

Favorite Villain: Gimp Computer (Fire Control/Psionic Assault Dominator)

I agree with computer. In addition, I am not a fan of stealth or grant invis, especially when you didnt even take invis itself. I also prefer tp as a travel power for empaths since I want recall friend.

I would also say that this build works way too hard at shoehorning LoTGs. 5 LoTGs are great, but it has to not diminish your main functions or gimp your slotting.

So I would dump hover, fly, grant invis and stealth. I would take recall, tp, vengeance, and either hover or another epic power. If you are dead set on concealment, at least get stealth + invis. I could also be talked into dumping scramble thoughts on a team build.
