Not a PvPer, but I noticed you have a VERY big AoE hole to close, remember Hide's defense to AoE is HEAVILY suppressed in combat. Plus no S/L resistance. I made a quick redo, took out the Leadership powers and Invisibility for Fighting, slotted Super Speed with the +Stealth IO (SS has a stealth component as well) and left in Stealth (You will hit softcap without it being on) and took out the second Positron's Blast for the Ragnarok Knockdown Proc. End drain is, in the end, much, much lower and global recharge is much higher. Slotted Assassin's Strike with Hetacomb, you seem to be able to nab purples. If you can't get Hetacomb, Crushing Impact will do.
