I cant get my Ancillary mission???

Talk to Arbiter Rein outside Recluse's Tower
Did you talk to Arbitor Rein(?) standing at the ramp leading to the doors to the Arachnos building?
Teams are the number one killer of soloists.
Who are you talking to? If you try to talk directly to the patrons they will ignore you. You need to speak to Arbiter Rein (near the entrance to the tower) to get an introduction.

APPs unlock automatically at lvl 41 unless you are an Epic AT - even redside. Patron PPs require you to be a villain to get the mission to unlock them so if you are still a Vigilante you cannot unlock them.

I am a lvl44 VEAT i have'nt done any missions really other than morality missions and when i go speak to any of the contacts to get the mission so i can get the ancillary pool opened up they just tell me to go away. Do i need to do something to unlock them? i have been powerleveling myself in AE so not done any proper missions if that makes a difference?
