I have some questions about Freedom and I21!

Ok, here I go:

1) I have seen a pic inside the City Hall. It looks exactly the same, I even see the same old crappy low-res City representative, and I bet Azuria looks the same, right? If they do, they need new models. Old citizens and NPCs need to go, period. They will be messing the upgraded loook of the early zones.
New Atlas looks nicer, but I though the devs would upgrade the statues. The statues in Nova Praetoria are too awesome.

2) Travel powers are avalaible at 4. But how is the new tree working, now that travel pools get a new power? Can I grab, lets say fly at lvl 4? What is the minimun level to get the new powers, and how many crappy powers I need to take to be able to take the new one? Minimun lvl to take Tough from the Fighting pool?

3) We still got FX in the travel powers like fly and superjump? Tunnel Rat said she was working on a way to disable those old no sense auras now that we got trail auras.

4) Its Street Justice out yet?

Thanks for the ones that take some of their time to answer.

  1. Anyone who can tell you about #1 is in beta. Therefore they aren't supposed to be talking about it yet.
  2. The Tier3 powers presumably still require two lower-tier selections before you can take them. Again, this is in beta. So anyone who KNOWS can't tell you and the rest of us are pulling the answer from someplace dark and fecal-smelling.
  3. Again, if this is happening, someone in beta would know but can't say.
  4. No. Street Justice will be purchasable sometime coinciding with or after the drop of Issue 21.

Clicking on the linked image above will take you off the City of Heroes site. However, the guides will be linked back here.

about the travel pools, im guessing that the current first power and the travel will be available from the get go

for example the current fly pool is air superiority, hover, fly, group fly

when updated it will have afterburner

technically power pools are not available till lvl 6, so a travel power would be the first thing you could pick from being accessible at lvl 4, then lvl 6 the first 2 powers would open up im assuming the current powers for lvl 20 such as group fly will basically switch to the position that regular fly is in at lvl 14 and have the prerequisite of 1 power, and then the new power afterburner will take its place at lvl 20 and have prerequisite of 2 powers**

the thing i dont know i if travel powers will actually count as a prerequisite for the later powers

**note- i am purely guessing at how this will work

Im asking this for those who played the demo at the Comic Con... Obviously not asking beta players to break the code.
I have seen some screens inside the City hall, thats why I asked that.
Question 4 was a joke

There are reports from SDCC that t3 powers from non-Travel pools are also available at lvl 4 without pre-reqs(someone specifically mentioned Aid Self). Piecing together reports, it seems like the first 3 powers from each pool are available at level 4 without pre-req, while the last power (or 2 powers for travel) are available at lvl 14 if you have 2 other powers from the pool.
