Additionally, when freedom launches you should get any paid time Tokens up front. So if Freedom launches in September, and your subscription is up in December, you should get up to 3 more Tokens (Sep-Oct, Oct-Nov, possibly Nov-Dec).
Your table is right for the conversion of Veteran Rewards to Paragon Rewards. But ... The FAQ on the Freedom pages has this question and answer.

And I read that last sentence as indicating that you receive 400 Paragon Points and 1 Reward token per month starting July, ie this month.

So you would see the conversion you propose above + extra tokens.

I think what you're missing is the "in our new Paragon Rewards Program" phrase. Right now there IS no program (it won't exist until I21 hits) and, so, no awards until then.

That's the logical read on that as far as I'm concerned, anyway.
