Steampunk boot texture problem

Has anyone else seen how the Victorian Steampunk and Classic Steampunk look correct when used on the 'Tucked In' legs but when used with the 'Tight' they don't have the secondary colors applied and look hazy or something. Not sure if the problem is just with me or everyone but I like the boots and would like to use them on something without tucked in pants but can't because they look so funny.

Don't know if this is WAI but I have noticed the same thing. Which is really a shame if it is WAI because those boots are all sorts of cool, but only if I can add in my secondary color.

We know, its been borked since it was added to the test server, let alone when it went live.

Bugs with the Steampunk Pack

(That is from the 1st of June 2011 for those who prefer a proper date format.)
