While you might find someone who's willing to make that trade, you also might want to consider just selling the one you've got, and then wait for someone to post the IO you want or a "I have merits, will buy whatever you want with them" post, or even just offer to buy on the forums once you have the cash from selling yours.

Bought and sold. And eventually emailed off to myself when I levelled the toon I used for the trade to 10, since you can't email yourself until then... <facepalm>
(and them made up as soon as I could so I couldn't accidentally vendor it)

Anyone willing to trade a Shield Wall proc for a Glad Armor proc?
It seems the Glad goes for about 250 million more than the Shield Wall so I would add that also. PM me or pst to @lucas.
