Need advice on a DB/Elec Scrapper..

Little Yellow Hood

Hey.

I'm making a new Scrapper, going with DB/Elec as its' part of a character concept I've got, but I'm finding difficulty finding any information on the Elec power-set for the Scrapper secondary.

Can anyone advice me on how to go with it?

The only thing it requires (concept-wise, again) is Lightning Field, and Flying, I intend to be using Hover in combat (I know I probably shouldn't, but again, concept)..

Thanks in advance!

You can check the Kat/Elec guide in my sig for info on /electric. The only thing that will be different with dual blades is you will need to get your s/l defense bonuses from sets. I see no problem with running hover, really, except that it doesn't work well with Grounded (which I recommend skipping anyway). Can you elaborate a little more on your goals and budget?

Hey, I checked out your link and it indeed did help, so thankyou for that.

My goals are mostly solo play and just having fun, its an "alt" as you were, my Blaster is my main character - my budget for this character is just basic selling everything I get from Salvage on Wentworth's.

Glad it helped. For a low budget build, basically you just want to get enough recharge to be able to use Blinding Feint>Attack Vitals Combo> repeat. I don't remember the amount of recharge that requires off the top of my head, but I know it is rather low. Anything else you can put into the build should go toward recharge and s/l defense. Luckily, even on SO's you can run all the toggles you want when you get electric's endurance tools (especially power sink), so you can grab tough/weave and the leadership pool if you want. You probably don't want to skip anything in electric (except Grounded), but you can skip an attack or two and confront from Dual blades and be just fine.
