Brass Monday Fan Fiction
I'm currently on page 20. Thus far my only complaints are editorial, as I assume its an early draft. You need to go through it or have someone else go through it and make note of the things that need fixing.
Other than that I'm enjoying it thus far.
EDIT: Your descriptions of Statesman have him wearing his modern costume. He wore a very different outfit in the 1930's:
EDIT2: Finally finished it, and I have to say I did rather enjoy it, editorial issues aside.

May have to give this one a read once I finish Samuraiko's "The Course of Superhero Romance." Hopefully the edits will be in by then!

When I researched this project last fall, the hardest part was finding information on the original costumes and powersets. I really wanted to do it from the rise the Freedom Phalanx's POV. Thanks OV.
Read "City of Heroes: Web of Arachnos" since it deals with the phalanx when it first started and even Brass Monday.

Introductions, Obey,
79 years ago, on July 11th, 1932 the mechanized metal army of Lord Nemesis, swarmed the streets of Steele Canyon to do battle with the newly formed Freedom Phalanx.
With the Brass Web is a free E-novel telling the story of the events leading up to Brass Monday; as told by Lord Nemesis second in command.
As accurate as I tried to be, it is still a work of fiction.
Within the Brass Web is available at smashwords.com, for free download in almost every type of e-format.
