Numia proc and kinetic combats ?

What class and level range should I be rolling to get +regen+rec and kinetic combats ?

i take it you mean from ticket rolls?

Bronze Rolls 30-34 will give Kinetic Combat:Acc/Dam ... Dam/End ... and the chance to knockdown proc. Also give the Regenerative Tissue +regen proc and Numina Heal and Heal/end recipes. No +regen/+recovery procs

Silver 30-34 will give Kinetic Combat: dam/Rech and all the above. Dont think they give the Kinetic Combat: Dam/End/Rech but i might be wrong.

Think only gold gives the Numina:+regen/+recovery

Best bet is rolling bronze 30-34, less tix and gives better results, just sell enough to get inf to buy a Numina:+regen/+recovery proc imo

2 A-Merits, then you can even pick the level of the IO.

Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.

35-39 is a smaller table (and thus, higher chance of getting the item you want) and still contains the Kinetic Combats. You lose the chance for the Regen Tissue, but that's not a big deal, and the OP didn't ask about that one. You should roll 10-14 for the Regen Tissue unique anyways.
