15 second e-mail delay removed?
Was the in-game store down when this happened? I've noticed that when the store is down, the 15 second delay is gone. I'm not sure exactly how those two things are related, but it's been pretty consistent.

It must have been becuase I get "You must wait at least 15 seconds between sending emails" again.
I really wish they'd change it to ten seconds. It takes me about ten seconds to email myself something. So I'm always sitting there clicking send for five seconds. A ten second cooldown wouldn't exactly lead to an explosion in spam that a 15 second cooldown is preventing. Ah, well.
While I'm wishing, I wish they wouldn't require me to enter a message. I'm emailing myself or someone else some stuff. That's 99% of my emails. Why do I need a message? Did they not realize that email was going to be used this way?

I wish we could do multiple attachments, for example an alt of mine needs 5 pangeaon soil for 5 recipies, instead of 5 emails with on Pangean each I'd like to just send one email with all 5.
Also things like Vanguard merits, AE tickets, reward merits, incarnate components I'd like to be able to email to my alts so that I can consolidate and remove them from retired alts.

With F2P expect it to be purchasable if it is available.
I was crafting some recipes on my main that has the field crafter badge for the portable workbench and e-mailing them to my global. I noticed that when I e-mailed them it wasn't making me wait anymore. I mentioned this in TheMarket channel and someone said that they were having to wait.
So is anyone else able to send e-mails without having to wait those dreaded 15 seconds?
