Incarnate Costume Piece Award Vouchers

Overall, I don't like the design of this system.

1. Once I've unlocked a costume piece by purchasing them in Oro, it should automatically unlock on all my characters. Having to go through mail options to unlock for EVERY character is cumbersome and annoying.

2. Certain costume pieces will unlock only for level 50s. So, now all my lowby characters will be sitting there with email highlighted red for their entire life - until they hit 50.

Suggestions:

- Costume pieces with no level requirement should just unlock - just like you purchased a costume pack.

- Costume pieces with a level requirement should auto-unlock at level 50.

- Remove the concept of a costume piece voucher completely.

1. From the sounds of it, we will be able to do something like this once i21 launches, since I recall reading somewhere that we would be able to purchase costume pieces directly from the tailor's costume editor interface. (No, I do not have the exact link to the post.) My guess as to why this is not being implemented yet: it was no where near ready to launch, so the Devs gave us the easiest work-around they could, that would likely present the least amount of problems.

2. I completely agree with this. Standard Code Rant obviously applies, but I would hope it would be fairly easy to be able to claim the Ascension piece vouchers, but not be able to touch them until achieving level 50.

3. See my above response. It's possibly we won't ever see any other in-game vendor that sells vouchers/certificates once i21 launches, but for the time being, this may be the best they can give us.
