Questions concerning nvidia drivers

I have an nvidia geoforce 6150SE nforce 430 integrated video card. I originally had the latest drivers which was 266.58 IIRC. But when issue 20 came out this game started crashing like crazy. After some research here on the forums and talking things over with the great GM's. I was told that I needed to use an older driver to handle the problem.
That fix worked, so here is the question that I have today. Did either City of Heroes have a patch or nvidia have a patch where those that have those drivers will no longer have any issues with the game? In time I would like to use the new drivers but I am afraid to because then City of Heroes may become unplayable again. Also I noticed that nvidia has a new driver 275.33. Does anyone with this driver have any problems with playing this game?
