Perma dom and -rech
125% global recharge is what's needed for hastenless permadom. Even if you got more than that, slows are still going to hurt you. Some slows aren't that strong, but they all last moderate durations. You best bet would be to get a Winter's Gift: 20% Slow Res into your build and to mez/kill them before they can slow you.
SG: Guadians of Paragon - VG: Paragon's Darkness
The Usual Suspects: Fimboolvetr (Icer Tank), Tsukiyomi (Mind/Psi/Ice Dom), Smiting Dragon (Dm/Sr Scrap), Widow Mortis (NW)
Up and Comers: Ameterasu (Km/Reg Scrap), Arrhymian (Elec/Nin Stalk), TDMKII (Bot/Traps MM)

This was one reason why I ground presents last Winter Event -- so I could have eight level-10 Winter's Gift: 20% Slow Resistance recipes parked on a character to pass out to characters that depended on recharge.

"But in our enthusiasm, we could not resist a radical overhaul of the system, in which all of its major weaknesses have been exposed, analyzed, and replaced with new weaknesses."
-- Bruce Leverett, Register Allocation in Optimizing Compilers
What would be a safe recharge time on domination to not have to worry about slows? I've been working on a hastenless build but the barely there perma dom has me worried. How often do you see slows really hurting?
