IIRC Arachnose, and Romans. They were generally rebalanced, but those and Warworks were the top ones.

robotic drones seem to have some -regen, ranged energy mostly.
I think Longbow may be the way to go (Cataphract is hawt), or maybe Vanguard.
Just looking over them real quick, haven't done any real analyzing yet.

I did a quick search and couldn't find anything on the subject.
Do we know how the new pets stack up to Warworks from a DPS standpoint? I guess it will be a little harder to figure out now considering the massive addition comparatively speaking to what we originally started with.
