I've always thought server "name watch" threads were a great idea in this game, and seeing as no one else ever seemed to get off their lazy butts to start one, I decided to get off MY lazy butt and start one.
Below is a list of characters I've had on Justice (even briefly) and later deleted. Some of these have sat idle for a couple of years at this point, but until Paragon gives us more than 36 character slots per server, there's virtually no chance that I'll ever re-use them. Here's to hoping some of these characters will "live" again in someone else's capable hands!

Hex Arcanum
Umbral Seed
Demon Wheel
Eisensturm
Gentleman Boxer
Warplight
Right Red
Anyone else that wants to do so can obviously contribute their own discarded names.
This is just the short list of the ones I remembered off the top of my head, and re-checked on-line at the time of posting. I've deleted literally dozens, if not a hundred or more, concept toons on Justice with some very good (imo) names. I'll add others myself as I remember and do an availability check.

I freed up a couple of names earlier. Nothing I think was zomg-in-demand, but here they are, I liked them... a few years ago when I first made them:
