So I know that one of the Ageless powers grants +debuff resistance which is nice but if I remember correctly it didn't show how much of a +end/rchg buff it gave in the description; whereas the other Ageless t4 power did.

So I'm curious, what's the difference between the two (as far as the +end/rchg buff goes)?

Recharge buff should be the same. For the one with debuff resistance (radial), you only get a full end bar when you activate it; there is no buff to recovery with it.
