DP/Pain Dom build goals

This has been my newest character, currently level 20. I gave little thought as to how good a combination dp/pain would be but it seems to be working alright so far- I threw a build together to see what I might end up with and was pretty pleased with the results. Seeing as I'm new to both sets though it's very likely I messed some thing or another up.. I was aiming for softcapped s/l defense, perma hasten, and then regen/hp/end bonuses when convenient.

I Would have liked to fit in a travel power for a winter's gift slow resistance, and considered taking a slot out of health (leaving just the +regen/recovery) in order to put a kismet +tohit somewhere, but with such a high recharge build I thought world of pain and focused accuracy would be enough.


edit: As for budget, the only real limitations are no purple damage sets, pvp sets, and especially no glad armor +3% defense. Trying to keep it under 2 billion inf. if possible.

As was mentioned we can't pull the build down.

But if anything what are you defense numbers ? I see Scorpion and a few defense powers.

What is your personal regeneration numbers ?

If we are going to dabble into incarnate powers I am thinking between Barrier and your regen it should be very good. On my DS Pain MM I have around 660 % regeneration. End result I survive much longer then my pets do.

My only gripe is having a several DP Corruptors I am not crazy about the damage output. The Scourge is great for big bosses because it is such a big chunk and they last much longer below the 50% mark during fight.

If I was going to compare this minimally with my DS Pain then you should be able to do 2/8 settings at least, which is nothing to complain about. But I need to see real numbers. See how fast HOB is up, etc..

After relooking I noticed the difference between the MM pain and Corrruptor pain. The best I was able to do was get you 41% S/L, 30% Range Defense and 303% regeneration. World of pain was perma and it gave you resistances in the high 20s.

I don't know honestly. I think you might be better with Time instead of pain.

Seems pretty solid, overall. I do want to point out that the defense from stealth will supress and your fancy 45% s/l def will drop to 42ish, in actual combat.

With no end reduction in Stealth and FA, those 2 powers will be a big drain on your end. Maybe your solving that via incarnate tools.

One thing that stands out to me as a change I would make for my character is to put a stealth IO in Sprint, giving your full PVE invis while Stealth is on. Then drop Invisibility, take Maneuvers at 30 and then Vengeance with your last spot. That gives you a free slot to play with and you can just put the LOTG +rch in Veng.
