Even though I'm not a huge fan of the new loading screens, that's a very nice usage of them. Well done, sir.
As for my own desktop, here it is. It should be noted however that I keep my start-bar set to autohide and I have a rotation of 500-ish wallpapers. The current one is a mock-up I made for a group project a while ago where we had to market a video game of our own design.

Yes I'm still a fan. Not as much as I used to be but I like this art style as well so it worked. The ironic thing is I just made one of my first claws toons last week.
Dis is what my desk top looks like, sry it's messy. 
My PC desktop is even messier with game shortcuts and WIP projects.
