Short regeneration question
The good things about resilience: You can slot a steadfast in its default slot and leave it at that. It's half as good as tough but it doesn't cost any endurance so I guess in the long term it probably has some minor positive effect on your survivability. The disorient aspect seems to be designed to make low tier awakens more useful to you, a powerful boon to a set that already comes with a power that's effectively a tier 4 awaken. Does it seem like I'm reaching here? Resilience isn't that good. I'd still take it just for the easy res/def slotting unless I had a desperate premium on power choices for some highly specific build I was working on. Since inherent fitness, that has yet to occur.
You don't need Resilience for its disorientation protection, though as I recall (been a long time since I've played my Regen), it's enough to protect you from disorientation when you rez, and I believe I've heard enough with Integration to protect from Romulus when he rezzes.
That's not why you take it, though. You take it because you want what resistance you can get so that you're not quite as fragile, to buy you that extra fraction of a second when reaching for one of your clicks. It's not so good that you can't skip it, but I'd take it. It would only get slots if I was swimming in them, though. Put your Steadfast Protection there like PleaseRecycle says and call it good.

Just note you can take it and still get stunned by Tsoo. It takes a number of them to do it, but it can be done. As you level, IIRC, your resistance to stuns goes up.

I agree with other comments, though. You don't take it for the mez protection. You take it for the +res (which I usually stack with Tough) and the place to slot +def unique IOs. The +prot(disorient) is just a handy bonus.

Resilience helps you when you use a wakie to not be stunned for so long. Plus it gives extra damage resistance which is the only dam res the set gets. So take it and three slot it for dam res, maybe the steadfast one.

When you pop a wakie, everyone else is stunned for 30 seconds, a Regen with Resilience is stunned for like, 2 seconds or so. Stuns wear off REALLY fast with Resilience in your build.
Bets bet is, like others said, a Steadfast Res/Def, and it's a good spot for a Gladiator's Armor 3% Defense as well if you can manage to acquire one.

Covering the stun of using a wakie is one of the great things I took advantage of way too often on my /regen scrappers.
IMHO, regen needs to add survivability wherever it can get it, so I'd definatly try to fit resiliance in a build.
I gotta make pain. I gotta make things right. I gotta stop what's comin'. 'Least I gotta try.
In regeneration you have integration, and resilience. Integration is inherent and protects from disorient, hold, knockback, sleep etc... Resilience is automatic and has minimal smashing and lethal and toxic resistance, but is supposed to protect from disorientation.
My question is, as you have integration that does that, is it worth taking resilience as a power choice?
