Sharkhead seems to get hit with this somewhat regularly. I have no idea why that zone is prone to it and not others. It's actually been a while since I've seen it. It often takes hours or days to get fixed. I'd like to know who to contact when it happens to get it looked at more quickly.
I blame Scrapyard and his legion of followers.

Obviously, I don't care about NCSoft's forum rules, now.
It took over 10 minutes to TP to Pocket D to get out of the area. Sharkhead is currently unplayable. That makes me and my level 21 a sad panda.

My villain on Freedom is mapserving every few seconds. Seems like everyone on broadcast is getting hit as well.
