Oh and where's the fun in drawing straight lines anyway? Curves are where it's at. 
Jokes aside I probably couldn't draw a straight line either so don't sweat it, it's not necessary
for most of the kinds of art (background and structures being notable exceptions) you'll run into here.

They are all better than mine. I tried drawing a straight line once but doing so broke my ruler.
