Fm/SD Scrapper build review
Depends on what you are going for - this build has a little less recharge but Shield Charge hits like a truck with a better damage proc, more damage, better recharge and accuracy, Fire Sword Circle is improved marginally and you are soft capped at all positions. The final 5% def is worth as much as the first 40% so even though AOE is not as important as the others it is greatly improved in this build.

will 72.5 recharge without hasten and with t4 spiritual core give me perma hasten?
One question I have is does the taunt in AAO offset the fear given by the Fire DoT?
Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.
