If you mouse over each circle, it will tell you either how long it's been since you did the tip or it will say that you are not remembered for this. As long as there is a circle that says you are not remembered, you can do a tip mission and get credit for it, regardless of whether it's your mission or someone else's mission. |
And the alignment changing mission can drop even if you have already done five tips that day.
