DB thousand cuts final damage

It should be under the description, but yes, it does a larger tick of damage at the end. (It's not that large though)

I see it in the description that the power does a final tick of more damage but i am not getting it. (maybe once or twice perhaps). The combat tab description, however, does not list the damage being applied, and it also does not appear above the head of the target.
It's working fine on my DB toon:
11 ticks and a final, harder, blow
Don't worry about not seeing it in the orange numbers spam, it often doesn't show up. You should be able to notice the hit in your enemies' health bars, though.
The description in the listing of the power Thousand Cuts says that after a short delay it has a final, larger tick of damage. I am not getting this as far as i can tell from watching the numbers come up and the combat log listing for the attack.
Please, what is wrong here? I love the power
