I would go cardiac core paragon + Clarion
why cardiac? I chose to take Musculature Radial Paragon. More tohit debuff, nice added def debuff to rad powers, not to mention the dmg.
I go for Core Clarion on a /Dark. getting mezzed really, really sucks due to the loss of Darkest Night. I'd say Core over Radial because I don't see a Rad/Dark getting a huge benefit from either the +range or the +special whereas permanent mez protection will be useful.

So i have a lvl 50 rad/dark/dark corr and i still haven't chosen a specific destiny power to use, as i am unsure which one i would benifit from the most:
Clarion Radial Epiphany - Status protection +range +special.
or
Ageless Core Epiphany - +end +rech +rec.
I am unsure. If anybody suggests the other two and can back up their claim, it would be most appreciated.
