It appears that I am getting some views but 0 input so I made my SD/ELEC Tanker and decked him out with IO's. I can solo, as tested so far, 2X8 with the only issue being is my ability to kill the bosses quickly. I can kill off the minions and LTs without issue but the bosses are a grind. So here is my build, feedback is much appreciated and mind you this is my first attempt at a tanker.

Good afternoon CoH! I have recently returned from a very long hiatus from the game, I17 is when I took the break. I am struggling a bit with the IO options at my fingertips and the new gameplay that includes the incarnate abilities. I am looking at a shield/elec tank and would appreciate if someone could post an excellent build for a lvl 50. Thanks in advance!!
