Colds wreck any regen that isn't smart enough to know when to phase and run. Luckily, that's 99% of all scrapper players.

before saying anything else let me say I dont get actively involved with PVP but I was in RV helping people spawn and take down heroes when we were ambushed by a Spines/regen and fire/fire scrappers, I was on my villain a Cold/Ice defender, I took up their challenge and didn't have much problem despatching both of them.
My question is a Cold/Ice Defender kryptonite for scrappers or were the 2 scrappers really bad at pvp?
