CoH in WQHD
Read it. Did it several times. Did HijackThis and CoH helper. Did the whole song and dance routine. Last time I did it on here, I got no response. Last time I e-mailed customer support with this information, they made me jump through seemingly endless loops, and it wasn't satisfactory. Should I do it all one more time?

None of your threads (and I've looked at them) have any CoH Helper or HijackThis data in them.
If you could provide them here, maybe we can come up with a solution for you.

Before making this thread, I've run my desktop through numerous diagnostic tools (including ones recommended in this forum section, and have taken my PC to the computer repair store three times since December 16, 2010. I have had my power supply and video card replaced, spent over $500 in part and labor cost. I have no virus/malware issues, my hard drive is at 100% health (37 degrees Celsius, which is normal), I have no memory problems. I have performed video card and memory stress tests.

Every time I play CoH, I'm on a team, and every team player is using different powers all at the same time (i.e. Plant/Kin tentacle powers, which I often see before I crash), my computer crashes, screen turns black, and a blue screen error appears with the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error. As I've learned from previous experiences regarding this error, this problem is commonly associated with memory issues. I have run memtest86 and additional memory stress tests, and my PC passed with flying colors.
I also know that my case gathers dust, and I need to clean it regularly, which I do. Turns out, the case was recently cleaned. Also, if dust was an issue, it would also impair my performance in other games and applications beside CoH. Turns out, I haven't had any problems with any other games or applications.
After dealing with CoH problems for about five months now, this is getting very frustrating.
Are there any solutions?
