Whats the word on GTX295?

I replaced mine 2 months ago, from what I saw it can only use one core with coh so I dont think you will see an improvement but im not to much of a tech person so might want to see what others say
I'm using driver version 258.96 and it seems to work fine. I tried update to later version but it caused serious overheating. Not sure what is the situation right now :/

Have the driver issues been fixed? I have had the opportunity to purchase one for a great price, and it would stand to be a substantial upgrade over my GTX260. So what's up with this card, is it fully functional now, or are the issues with CoX still alive? Thanks.
